Terms of sale

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the book in digital form. The file is delivered DRM-free: read it on any device you own and keep it indefinitely.

You do not acquire rights of resale, redistribution, translation, or use of the text to train automated systems.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on each book page and include applicable taxes where relevant.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Once payment is confirmed you receive a download link on screen and by email.

The link allows up to 3 downloads over 7 days. If it expires or does not arrive, write to us and we will re-send it.

If the link does not work, check your spam folder, then write to contacto@independentbooks.site.

Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, a purchase cannot be refunded once the file has been downloaded.

If the file arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not the book you bought, write to contacto@independentbooks.site and we will fix it: either a correct file or a full refund.

Some titles are also available on Kindle or in print through Amazon. Those purchases are governed by Amazon’s terms, not these; delivery, invoicing and refunds are handled by Amazon.
